Provide service excellence to employees’ and address internal stakeholders’ queries timely and with mínimal error.
- Perform on the job training and rotation to support finance pillars whenever necessary (e.g. commercial finance, accounting, tax, audit, costing & budgeting, treasury etc).
- Perform month end and year end closing under the guidance of direct manager.
- Preparation of monthly management reports, statutory reports, and ad hoc reports.
- Reconcile bank transactions/statements.
- Handle a full set of accounts and generate relevant financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- To prepare and submit management reports within deadlines.
- Process invoices, quotation, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Analyze and record financial data, assisting with audits, reviews, and tax preparations.
- Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling. Ensure proper documentation, comprehensive and easily accessible filing / archiving system.
- Liaise with Admin to ensure office equipment is always functional. This include completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Strong fundamentals in full set accounting and finance principles.
- Familiar with payables, receivables, capital management, record to reconciliation, order to cash processes.
- Shadow finance associates and executives in his/her absence
- Brief new and existing employees about finance SOPs as and when required.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to new Finance colleagues as and when required
- Contribute to finance transformation projects.
- Stay updated to ensure finance processes comply with government legislations and relevant Acts.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
