Oversee all facilities of assigned properties and lead of group of building services to maintain and ensure smooth operations
- Provide the technical support, preventive maintenance and breakdown repair for the school, general architectural work/handyman, school equipment, plumbing, ACMV and electrical.
- To ensure all maintenance cost spent efficiently.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and external parties
- Standby duty for events and activities.
- Liaise with other departments on daily operational issues

**Job Requirements**:

- Must have a good communication skills and able to deal with any levels of employees for inquiry.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technician: 1 year (preferred)
