Job Summary:
1) We seek for the Building Supervisor to be responsible for the supervision and execution of all day-to-day building maintenance and operational tasks of the building maintenance. The incumbent will support the Building Manager in management of maintenance staff and works.
2) To provide general administration support for all sections of the maintenance organization including house of keeping for common area and billings / collection of maintenance fee, Quit rent, Insurance, Water, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
1) To attend to daily collections on Maintenance Fee, Quit Rent, Insurance, Water, etc and initiate appropriate actions to recover monies owing from owners.
2) To accrue prompt handling of request from resident for assistance and cooperation between departments involve Authorities. (JMB/MC Committee Members)
3) To assist Management in establishing and maintaining good relationship with residents/ tenants and owners and other personnel and take corrective action.
4) To conduct regular checks on all areas of House Keeping, landscape maintenance and recommendation or carrying out cleaning as and when requires.
5) To maintain records on details of cleaning services, attendances, monthly electricity consumption, water consumption, replacement of parts, renovations, etc.
6) To attend emergency call-back during holidays, off-days and/or ad and when required by the management.
7) Supervise and participate in maintenance activities ensuring that work is carried out in good manner.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma in Building Management or Facilities Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline is an advantage.
- At least 5 years’ experience in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
