**Key responsibilities**
- Be an effective Technology Business Partner, working closely with business users to understand business needs and implement solutions.
- Hands on experience in configuring SuccessFactor modules (Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, Time Management, LMS, etc) this includes configuration of Holiday calendars, Work Schedules, Substitutions, Absences for different categories of employees and policies for different locations.
- Effective in analyzing and implementing SuccessFactors integration projects; defining iflows, local & exception sub-process, value mapping artifacts.
- Analyse from a holistic perspective business needs, mutual interdependencies, risk and benefits to propose the best solution.
- Support the delivery of initiatives primarily on technology capabilities for Human Capital/Resource.
- Assist in planning and implementation of projects/tracks. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope, requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Test all system areas during implementation, upgrade and/or other configuration change.
- Monitor HR systems integration(s), and any integrations to 3rd party vendor solutions.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide end user support to ensure adoption and ease of use.
- Resolve problems related to upgrades, releases, fixes, and improvements.
- Partner with team members to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.

**Key requirements**
- Tertiary Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in a reputable University.
- Experience in handling SuccessFactors systems (including Employee Central, Data Integration, and Data Cleansing) and Concur is highly preferred
- Experience in writing interfaces between SuccessFactors HCM and 3rd party systems. Has worked on creation of integrations using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
- Experienced in IT project management, developing, analyzing and implementing technology solutions.
- 3-5 year experience supporting HR systems.
- Good team player who is keen to learn, independent, and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication and validation skills. Able to iterate through the requirements in phases, ensuring alignment with business sponsor, stakeholders, and management.
