1. To conduct feasibility study & business and market research in order to find potential project and business opportunities.

2. To plan and formulate effective sales channels/marketing strategies for property projects to increase sales activities market.

3. To build and maintain strong relationship with government authority bodies, property agencies, landowners and business partners.

4. To source and discuss with potential tenants, negotiate the lease, rental and other terms and conditions.

5. To monitor and report on market & competitor activities, and prepares relevant weekly & monthly reports.

6. To implement marketing activities to improve tenant relationship and build up network with potential tenants.

7. To liaise with agencies and review sales feedbacks and activities.

8. To lead, motivate and manage in-house sales team and sales agents to achieve desired sales target.

9. To plan and manage road shows, exhibitions, social media platform, property fairs, forums and any other viable media advertising channels and events.

**Job Requirement**:
1. Diploma / Degree in Business Administrative / Property Management / Sales / Marketing or any related field.

2. Preferably 5 years of relevant experience in property development industry.

3. Excellent interpersonal, attitude, leadership, teamwork, planning, time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
