**We’re Hiring**
RMA Malaysia is expanding in Southern Malaysia and looking for an experienced **Business Development Manager** to drive growth in **digitisation**, **managed services**, and **manpower outsourcing**.

**Location**: Melaka

**Salary**: RM 4,000 - RM 6,000/month (Based on experience)

What You'll Do:

- Identify and secure new business opportunities (B2B focus)
- Build strong relationships with clients across sectors (manufacturing, logistics, services)
- Lead the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with cross-border teams (Malaysia, HQ, Indonesia)
- Track pipeline and deliver weekly reports on progress
- Represent RMA at industry events and trade expos

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum **5 years’ B2B sales** or business development experience
- Strong background in **HR outsourcing**, **digital transformation**, or **managed services**:

- Familiarity with the **Malacca/Southern Malaysia** business landscape
- Fluent in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin is a plus)
- Confident with **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, CRM tools, and MS Office
- Independent, self-driven, and proactive

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
