Oversee the Safety Department by supervising ESH risk analysis and management.
- Evaluate work/job hazard analysis and enforce measures to control identified risks, ensuring alignment with corporate safety standards, implementation of safety directives, enhancement of safety performance, and congruence of facility safety policies with governmental regulations.
- Guarantee the conduct of workplace accident/incident investigations and submit comprehensive reports, including corrective and preventive actions, to the top management for Managing.
- Maintain the contingency plan, covering fire prevention and protocols for managing hazardous spills, in accordance with government regulations and third-party assurance prerequisites.
- Conduct yearly safety audit and regular inspections to the sites and assess risks to prevent injury or damage to the company property.
- Provide report findings and improvement report (related to safety) to all sites building.
- To ensure the relevant ESH regulations set by the authorities’ particulars the BOMBA, DOE and DOSH have been complying with.
- Provide ESH training and coaching include conducting emergency drills / evacuation plan for employees.
- Responsible for planning and execution of safety and health activities.
- To lead & support Savills Malaysia (HQ) in safety and Health matters.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma or bachelor’s Degree in Environmental, Safety, and Health or an equivalent qualification.
- At least three (3) years of related working experience in the EHS field and experience as an internal auditor or lead auditor (not necessarily but will be an additional advantage).
- NIOSH-endorsed Competent Safety and Health Officer and registered with DOSH/JKKP.
- Have the knowledge in Property Management.
- Effective communication skills, presentation skills, self-motivated and can work independently with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate capability to function autonomously and exhibit leadership traits.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
