Inventory Control Admin

**DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in shipment
- Prepares shipment outbound by processing requests and orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing shipment in delivery area
- May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Prepare parcels for mailing
- Move inventory and materials across facilities
- Process inventory for delivery shipment in and out
- Sort item and store inventory in the proper location
- Package items and label correctly
- Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors
- Update logs and documentation for inventory processing
- Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- Work as an active team member to complete team work
- Source and Move budget if needed, with negotiation/partner with Intel BB.
- Perform transactions in Check Book, IPCS, MySamples, CMPO, etc (using Intel systems)
- Follow up on order creation and approval (PMT, SC, Demo, etc)
- Orders tracking
