RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provides a wide range of administrative support.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion is a must.
- May need to work irregular hours from time to time to support a director's busy schedule.
- Responsible to monitor & inform HR & Admin Department to renew yearly company car road tax / insurance / Puspakom Inspection (if any), and thereafter update Roadtax and Insurance Validity for VEP to Singapore.
- Responsible to regularly clean the company car assigned, send for periodic maintenance, conduct routine basic inspections, and promptly report any problems to HR & Admin Department in ensuring company car is safe to drive.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by Managing Director or the management from time to time.

- **Travel Coordination**: Arranging travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Driving Skills and Safety**: A clean driving record, proficiency in operating different types of vehicles, and the ability to handle various driving conditions are crucial.
- **Knowledge of Traffic Laws**:Understanding and adhering to local traffic laws and regulations is essential for safe and efficient transportation.
- **Navigation and Route Planning**:Familiarity with local routes and ability to use GPS and navigation systems to plan optimal routes is important.
- **Professionalism and Discretion**:Respecting passenger/s privacy and confidentiality are essential.
- **Experience with Luxury Vehicles**:If the role involves driving luxury vehicles, experience in handling such vehicles and understanding their specific features is beneficial.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

- SPM/Certificate/Diploma in any field.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:

- Must posses a valid driving license.
- **MALE preferred.**

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS:

- Fixed allowance : RM1,500.00 per month
- Outstation allowance : RM50/day
- Accommodation allowance : RM100/day (for outstation duty)
- Medical benefits : RM80 per month for outpatient & RM300 per year for dental treatment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
