**Key Responsibilities**:

- Production by manual pouring
- Hand pouring of Culture Plates
- Calculating and weighing of DCM for preparing culture plate
- Preparing antibiotic, supplement and blood for media preparation
- In charge of the sterility cycle for plates [manual]
- Hand pour media into plates
- Record the quantity of media, volume of water and supplement (with lot number) needed in the Media Preparation Records
- Aliquot blood into universal bottle from 2L blood bag
- Run the poured plates through the inspection light together with the person in charge of TUBES (Label Petri dishes for pouring)
- Helping tubes section to aliquot media into tubes
- Helping labeling of the tubes
- Autoclaving the wastage following the duty roster
- Hand pouring of CultureTubes
- Calculating and weighing of DCM for preparing tubes media
- Preparing antibiotic, supplement for tubes media preparation
- Aliquot agar or broth media into tubes
- In charge of the sterility cycle for tubes [manual]
- Helping hand pouring section to pour plates
- Record the quantity of media, volume of water and supplement (with lot number) needed in the Media Preparation Records
- Run the poured plates through the inspection light together with the person in charge of hand pouring.
- Tubes labeling together with Hand pouring staff
- Taking pH reading for plates and tubes
- Cleaning of bottles and tubes
- Autoclaving the wastage following the duty roster
- Change the filter for water pipe
**Stock Management**:

- To receive, check and store raw materials
- To conduct stock checks on raw materials and finished goods and to report discrepancies to your supervisor
**Safety Awareness**:

- Must care’s your safety while doing your routine jobs.
- To follow all times, the safety and working procedures of the Company and to ensure a safe working environment for everyone
- To immediately report any safety breaches to your supervisor
**Cleaning and Disposal**:

- Cleaning working area before and after production
- Cleaning and mopping of PPM room
- Cleaning of equipment and apparatus (bottles, silicon tubing and etc.)
- Disposal of Production Waste
**Filing**:

- File all work instruction, ISO records (Maintenance Check List, In
- coming Inventory and etc.) and general Production activities documents.
**Reporting**:

- Report to Assistant Production Supervisor, Production Manager and Operation Manager of Biomedia Laboratories Sdn. Bhd.
**Key Requirement**:

- Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia or equivalent.
- Diploma in Production
