Parts Assistant

General Scope of Authority and Organizational Position
i. Report directly to the Service Operation Executive.
ii. To organize parts preparations in the workshop of service centers.
iii. Responsible to ensure the availability of parts at the service center on time when the need is arise.
Job Functions and Areas of Responsibility
i. To print PRF and allocate required parts to mechanic and ensure all documents are signed by Service Operation Executive and Service Manager/ Executive.
ii. Ensure mechanic receive parts JIT.
iii. To submit parts ordering to Part Dept, HQ after verified by Service Operation Executive. (Normal Order/ Urgent Order/ Warranty Order)
iv. Maintaining parts storage according to Seven Storage Techniques.
v. Practice Kaizen & maintaining 5S in the part storage.
vi. To ensure physical quantity of stocks tally with the system.
vii. Responsible in conducting internal stock takes on monthly basis to minimize error in updating and verify by Service Operation Executive.
viii. To perform accurate & precise parts allocation for efficient racking method (1 part number 1 bin location).
ix. To report any outstanding parts order if more than 3 days to Service Operation Executive.
x. Responsible in conducting internal stock takes on monthly basis to minimize error in updating with Service Operation Executive.
xi. To do the daily parts ordering and receiving thru system
xii. To perform any other duties specified by Service Manager / Executive.
**Requirements**:
i. SPM/cert/Diploma
ii. Good in MS Office especially MS Excel
iii. Good personality
iv. Able to perform team works, multitask and meticulous
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 per month
