Create, develop and execute on-trend engaging content for social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu)
- Creative writing that help promote the brand, services and products
- Produce captivating videos that are align with brand's image and resonate with our target audience
- Sensitive and adaptive towards the latest social media / digital trends in the market that help to generate fresh ideas for marketing strategy planning and content creation
- Shoot, edit, and create graphics for social video content
- Good storytelling and have a creative video concept ideas
- Ability to carry out a concept from start to completion independently or with other team members
- Creative writing and able to edit copy for social media posts, service descriptions, and other marketing materials
- Experience in XiaoHongShu platform would be a plus
- Conduct market research and analyse social media trends to identify new marketing opportunities
- Manage social media channels, monitor and respond to online conversations as well as consumer comments
- Work closely and brainstorm the latest social media best practices and come up with out-of-the-box campaigns
- Analyse social media presences, including digital advertising spent, and consumer feedback to provide report on performance and recommendation
- Able to take on other marketing tasks given
- Provide customer support via social media
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
