RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1) To support in recruitment local and foreign workers

2) Handle foreign worker working permit, renewal, online submission, FOMEMA, Immigration etc

3) Attend to labour office, and other relevant government bodies

4) Responsible for HR activities, such as payroll, staff claims, overtime, commissions, leave records, staff welfare, employment formalities, training, employee relationship, administration and etc.

5) Assist accountant/auditor to prepare the document for company audit.

**Requirements**:
2) Knowledge and handling of Industrial Relation & Labour Law matters would be an added Advantage

3) Knowledge in payroll system would be advantage

4) Strong organizational and time management skills.

5) Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

6) Ability to handle multiple task in one time and urgency to meet deadlines.

7) Computer literate especially with Microsoft Office/ Excel.

8) Willing to travel and must have driving license

9) Able to work under pressure and delivery assignments within the committed dateline.

**Working days: 5.5 (Monday - saturday (half day)

Pay: RM1,800 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
