**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and messages across all e-commerce platforms in a timely manner.
- Handle returns & refunds efficiently while following platform guidelines.
- Monitor and manage store ratings, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage winner lists for promotional campaigns or giveaways.
- Work closely with logistics, warehouse, and e-commerce teams to resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, disputes, and resolutions.
- Identify and escalate customer issues that require further assistance.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns and service improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in e-commerce customer service (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, or similar platforms).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to handle various customer concerns.
- Ability to manage high-volume customer messages efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with return & refund policies and e-commerce dispute resolution.
- Proactive, patient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**: 6 days, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
