**Mandarin-Speaking Customer Support Executive (24/7 Call Centre)**
- Location: Menara Worldwide, Bukit Bintang. KL_

We are seeking a **Mandarin-speaking Customer Support Executive** to join our dynamic 24/7 global support team. If you're fluent in Mandarin and English, passionate about travel, and enjoy helping others, we want to hear from you

**Work Environment & Shifts**:

- 24/7 call centre operations with rotating shifts, including **midnight, weekends, and public holidays.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide real-time support and solutions to **Tour Leaders** and clients travelling worldwide.
- Multitask effectively between client communication, liaising with the sales team, and coordinating with suppliers.
- Follow up on cases with MIKI network offices or suppliers and ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Deliver emergency support and troubleshooting services via our hotline.
- Provide cross-departmental support when needed.
- Perform tasks and projects as assigned by the manager or company.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent in Mandarin and English** (both spoken and written) - you will be handling Mandarin-speaking clients via call and chat.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating **24/7 shifts**, including weekends and public holidays.
- Diploma holders with **minimum 1 year of customer service experience.**:

- **SPM holders are welcome** with at least **3 years of customer service experience.**:

- Previous experience in the **travel or hotel industry** is a strong advantage.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general PC use).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
