**Responsibilities**:
- Provide clerical support to HK head office for preparing the company formation and renewal documents.
- Maintain and update statutory records
- Handle the ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
**Job Requirements**:
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A detail-oriented person and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Having knowledge of Hong Kong companies is an advantage.
- Immediate available is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome)
