Customer Service Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
**Customer Support & Enquiries**
- Provide accurate information regarding products and company processes.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through positive engagement.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure follow-up on pending matters.
- Record and update customer interactions and feedback in the company system.
**Operational & Administrative Support**
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Assist in onboarding new issuers and guide them through the process.
**Service Quality & Reporting**
- Ensure service standards are met in line with company policies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **Diploma / Degree** in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferably **1-3 years of experience** in customer service, admin, or client support roles.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**.
- Customer-focused, patient, and professional attitude.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
