Baker Hughes Process & Pipeline Services (PPS) supports full lifecycle of customers' asset from pre-commissioning to decommissioning. We help to reduce future corrosion, improve efficiency and maximize through our solutions.

**Partner with the best**

As a Sales Specialist, you will report to the Asia Pacific Regional Sales Manager and service an existing client base. You will seek to identify new markets and customers from assigned geographical regions. Product portfolio will include all of Baker Hughes’ Inspection and Integrity products.

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and growing key business accounts across South East Asia using technical and commercial expertise
- Identifying and targeting new accounts using network of contacts along with market research and meeting or exceeding annual orders target
- Reporting and forecasting orders accurately to allow the business to prepare accordingly
- Leading a cross-functional account team to produce, maintain and share account plans for key customers
- Preparing and submitting considered bids that offer innovative solutions to customers whilst protecting the business and ensuring profitability

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a degree in engineering discipline or similar with work experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Services Industry
- Have min 3 years of sales experience, including within sales origination and sales leadership
- Have pipeline integrity knowledge would be highly regarded
- Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Be able to communicate at all levels within the organization and able to influence others
- Demonstrate good experience in Technical Sales is an added advantage
- Be able to travel frequently through the region
