**Sales Specialist - NetSec**:
As a Sales Specialist in Network Security at CLL Systems, you will drive technical sales engagements by delivering expert solutions and presentations. You will be pivotal in understanding customer needs, preparing detailed proposals, and managing pre-sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Your role includes identifying new technologies, planning projects, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.
- Conduct pre-sales technical presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Perform customer requirement studies, site surveys, and design planning.
- Prepare Bills of Materials, Scope of Work, and responses for tenders, RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
- Develop solutions and identify new technologies to meet customer challenges.
- Oversee POC preparation, installation, configuration, and testing.
- Manage project assessment, planning, and ensure timely and effective customer service.
- Maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Studies, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in areas such as Software Defined Networking, Microsoft Office365, Virtualization, Backup, DRC, SAN storage, Hyper-Converged Infrastructure, and Public Cloud.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours if necessary.
- Malaysian citizenship required; must have own transport, valid driving license, and passport.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
