**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of CRM developers, ensuring project delivery within banking standards.
- Develop, customize, and maintain **CRM solutions** to streamline banking processes.
- Ensure **data security, compliance, and integrity** in line with financial regulations.
- Automate **banking workflows** and enhance customer relationship management functionalities.
- Utilize **basic React.js** skills for front-end modifications and user interface improvements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to optimize CRM solutions for banking operations.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of CRM development experience** (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar).
- ** Lead experience** in managing CRM development teams.
- Strong expertise in **CRM customization, workflows, plugins, and API integrations**.
- Experience in **banking domain CRM solutions** (customer onboarding, KYC, loan processing, etc.).
- Proficiency in **SQL, JavaScript, C# (.NET), or relevant CRM scripting languages**.
- Basic working knowledge of **React.js** for UI enhancements.
- Strong understanding of **banking compliance, security, and financial data management**.
