Answer phone calls or clients’ request online (live-chat) / offline
- Process registration, Prepare invoice & in charge of collection (on time)
- Co-ordinate trainings, prepare confirmation letters or new Schedule for Events
- Update data into systems
- Coordinate with vendors, Suppliers & clients
- Prepare training materials & Post training reports
- (Must know MS Office)

**Requirements**:

- Administrative experience of at least 1 years
- Pass Ms Office test (MS Word
- must be able type fast and pass Englist test, MS Excel - able to use basic formula, some filtering etc would be added benefits)
- Able to speak in English (above average) & Malay (Other languages would be an added advantages)
- Have own transportation, willing to travel within Klang Valley. Preferbly from Puchong, Sri Kembangan, Bukit Jalil, Serdang area.
- Salary range from RM 2,000 onwards, depending on experience and capability. Office phone is provided. Additional travel allowance if required to travel. Working 5 days /week and 2 half Saturdays.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
