Digital Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement with target audiences
- Manage and optimize campaign content across various online channels, including websites, social media platforms, and advertising networks.
- Design and manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost visibility and generate leads.
- Create high-impact content such as visuals, videos, and articles to enhance brand presence and audience interaction.
- Track and analyze campaign results using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights; suggest improvements based on performance data.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business goals, including outreach and audience targeting.
- Keep current with the latest digital marketing techniques and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in industries related to talent, HR, or online platforms.
- Solid knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and key social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in design and content tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
- Experience with analytics platforms and a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
