Provide administrative support to Operations Management, including report preparation and document submission.
- Ensure smooth execution of daily operational tasks.
- Coordinate and support company/Operations events (e.g., conferences, team activities, family days).
- Perform basic analysis of Operations-related data.
- Provide secretarial support to the functional head (e.g., travel bookings, expense claims, meetings, minutes, presentations, filing).
- Support the entire Operations team across all facilities in Malaysia, which is a large and dynamic workforce.
- Manage all travel arrangements for the department, including visas, transport, flights, and accommodation.
- Handle phone calls and messages professionally and courteously.
- Process and track Travel and Purchase Requisitions in compliance with company policies.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system.
- Secure necessary approvals for all travel and procurement requests.
- Collaborate with coordinators across departments to ensure updated and compliant admin procedures.

**Job Requirement**
- Education: Degree in Business Admin, Office Management, or related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in admin or coordination roles, familiar with travel bookings, purchase requisitions, and event coordination support.
- Experience supporting a large team or Operations team.
- Exposure to **event coordination**(e.g., conferences, internal events, etc.).
- Skills:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic data analysis and report preparation
- Good documentation and filing management

**Soft Skills**
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, reliable, and a team player
- Able to handle confidential information
- Comfortable liaising with multiple departments
- Good command of English (spoken and written)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
