**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative assistants perform administrative and admin operational support for Operation Manager. They perform a variety of tasks, such as answering telephone calls, handling basic accounting tasks, keeping tenant and owners information, ensure smooth payment for utilities, managing enquiries and complaints from tenants and owners. Assist other tasks as and when required.
- Jobholder is expected to be able to travel and relocate as and when the company requires. Must possess own transport and valid driving license.**Benefits**:
