We are looking for three (3) organized and dependable Operations Admin to support our COO and operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating vendors, handling documentation, managing submissions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the company.

Key Responsibilities1. Vendor & Third-Party Coordination
- Communicate with external vendors to obtain updates, quotations, and required information.
- Follow up on timelines, deliverables, and outstanding matters.
- Maintain updated vendor records and agreements.
- Prepare, review, and submit documents to authorities, platforms, and partners.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper filing of all documentation.
- Keep both digital and physical records organized and accessible.
- Act as the liaison between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and progress updates.
- Track operational tasks and ensure timely communication.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and operational coordination.
- Prepare simple reports, summaries, and relevant research.
- Support workflow improvements and execution of ad-hoc projects.
- Providing administrative support to the operations team.
- Handling data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries.
- Assisting with general office operations and ad-hoc tasks.
- Experience in admin, operations, or coordination roles is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Competency in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Able to start immediately will be added as advantage
