Kaharo Jewels is a **trusted gold jewelry retailer** known for **beautiful designs and excellent customer service**. We are looking for a **Sales Administrator** to manage sales operations, provide support to the team, and ensure smooth business processes at our **Sungai Buloh** branch.
**Responsibilities**:
✔ **Order & Sales Processing** - Handle customer orders, prepare invoices, and update sales records.
✔ **Customer Service** - Assist customers with inquiries and provide after-sales support.
✔ **Sales Support** - Help the sales team with administrative tasks and documentation.
✔ **Inventory Coordination** - Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate records.
**Requirements**:
✔ **Minimum SPM qualification** (Diploma or higher is an advantage).
✔ **Experience in sales administration or customer service preferred.**
✔ **Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.**
✔ **Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**
✔ **Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.**

Kami sedang mencari **Pentadbir Jualan** untuk membantu operasi jualan, menyokong pasukan, dan memastikan kelancaran proses perniagaan di cawangan **Sungai Buloh**.
**Tanggungjawab**:
✔ **Pemprosesan Pesanan & Jualan** - Mengurus pesanan pelanggan, menyediakan invois, dan mengemas kini rekod jualan.
✔ **Khidmat Pelanggan** - Membantu pelanggan dengan pertanyaan dan sokongan selepas jualan.
✔ **Sokongan Jualan** - Menyediakan dokumentasi dan membantu pasukan jualan.
✔ **Penyelarasan Inventori** - Memantau tahap stok dan memastikan rekod yang tepat.
✔ **Pentadbiran Am** - Mengurus dokumen, e-mel, dan urusan dengan pembekal.
**Keperluan**:
✔ **Minimum SPM** (Diploma atau lebih tinggi adalah kelebihan).
✔ **Pengalaman dalam pentadbiran jualan atau khidmat pelanggan diutamakan.**
✔ **Kemahiran komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Inggeris.**
✔ **Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).**
✔ **Teliti, teratur, dan mampu mengurus banyak tugas serentak.**
