**Job Description**:
**The Role**

We are looking for a Tender Manager to join our team.

As a **Tender Manager**, you will:

- Lead/Prepare/Support Global / Regional air & ocean freight RFP/RFQ/RFI responses within the agreed timelines, ensure high quality and consistency of data accuracy
- Verify with account owners and customers for actual service requirement and develop strategy and approach for each tender received
- Identify opportunities and communicate through to procurement teams and local offices to ensure the right pricing is being prepared & sourced
- Follow up and comply with internal procedure to continuously improve overall communication flow between internal and external parties
- Compile pricing proposals with P&L projections from Areas; support the teams in pricing review.
- Provide RFQ regular weekly update (every Friday) to regional head of sales & marketing including the hit rate
- Prepare Cost Analysis for tenders
- Collate and prepare Management Reports across the Global for business opportunities and overview
- Ensure delivery and execution of the tender management process
- Assist with ad-hoc assignments, pricing analysis and projects as assigned to support business goals
- Ensure all global sales policies, processes and guidelines are implemented

**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge/Experience**
- Experience in Tender Management. Mainly RFP/RFQ/RFI quotation
- Experience in Pricing or Procurement
- Preparation of Technical and Commercial documents
- Commercial Awareness
- Account and Stakeholder Management
- Experience in Freight Forwarding Industry is an advantage
