HR Admin Executive

Manage full recruitment (including Foreign Worker) of the company - Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures. - Assist with investigations into employee complaints or misconduct as necessary - Assist with full spectrum of payroll process including Overtime, Attendance & etc. - Assist in the implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks. - Manage staff personal files and preparation of employment-related letters. - Assist with generating HR reports and metrics related to employee turnover, recruitment, training, and budgeting. - Provide administration support to the Human Resource Department or the company when necessary.
