Assist the Merchandising Team with the administration of the day-to-day operations under the Merchandise, Allocation and Planning function.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Achieve sales target. (KPI: Sales)
- Month End Closing Stock / Average COGS per month based on next 12 Months Forecasted Sales across all brands. (KPI: Variance vs Target Week of Supply)
- Manage stock ageing based on current, end of season, and obsolete.

**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_Provide support to Merchandising Team_**
- Assist the Merchandiser.
- Assist to analyse data for promotion, AUR, ATV, UPT & customer conversion to measure effectiveness.
- Assist in all merchandising activities, stock count, purchase orders, shipping matters as well as to follow-up with principal.
- Establish and maintain good communication with the sales team and work together as a team.

**_Stock Management _**
- Reports
- Communicate various promotions to drive sales/ clear aged stocks.
- Ensure a balance distribution of stocks for all brands/ stores & ongoing stock management across the different countries.
- Compile & consolidate stocks/ switching out of products on store shelves & inter country transfer.
- Competitive analysis: constant benchmarking products against what’s available in the market.

**_Other Duties _**
- Handle daily tasks such as to prepare new product price lists & stock in/out transfers between countries.
- Ensure all PO information is up to date at all time and correct pricing in the system.
- Change of price and creation of new product SKU.
- Prepare promotion uploads in system, liaising with IT and follow up.
- Any other ad-hoc reports that is required by management.
- Minimum a Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of merchandising experience in luxury goods or a comparable retail environment.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills
- Ability to understand comprehensive information.
- Able to maintain confidential information.
- Able to communicate effectively & confidently at all levels.
- Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
