Job responsibilities:

·       Assist Senior Merchandiser in daily operations and administrative tasks

·       Support stock allocation and replenishment across warehouse locations

·       Handle administrative tasks such as updating merchandising master files, shipment allocation lists, and product master data in the system

·       Assist in tracking pre-orders from the sales team and ensure timely delivery

·       Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to merchandising operations

·       Support inventory checks and sample management processes

Requirements

·       Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or other related fields

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in merchandising or related functions

·       Good command of English and Malay for internal communication.

·       Must be able to speak and read Mandarin to communicate with China-based suppliers and logistics partners.

·       Proficient in Microsoft Excel

·       Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping, and transportation
