We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our **Wealth and Personal Banking** team in the role of **Mortgage Advisor**, working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targets.

**Principal Responsibilities**
- To perform verification of customer information included personal details, income declaration and payment capacity prior submission via recorded telephone.
- To ensure all customer documents is in order prior submission and follow up with customer on additional required information during sales process.
- Meeting customer expectations in terms of efficiency, accuracy, timeliness and professionalism of respond either face to face or at the telephone.

- A university degree is preferred for this role as it involves analytical capacity and quick and measured responses on a daily basis.
- Must be meticulous, detailed and must be strong in written English to be able to present findings and recommendation from a Quality Assurance perspective
- Advanced computer skills in Excel, Power point and word is the key requirement for this role.
