After years of development, Desince is now one of the leading e-commerce participants in Malaysia and promise to improve & contribute continuously. **WHAT WE SELL?** Full range of fashion related products ranging from men's to women's, from formal wear to casual wear. **EMPLOYEES** 90 staff **COMPANY REWARDS** - "Top Orders 2022 in Fashion Category in Lazada" - February 2023_ - "Top 3 Sidec ECM 2024, 2nd Runner Up " - May 2024_ - "the CHAMPION for Top E-Commerce Merchant 2025 award organised by Sidec"_ **Responsibilities**: - Participate in managing live streaming sales on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok. - Monitor and ensure a smooth daily livestreaming session for all accounts. - Responsible for the installation, adjustments and improvement of the whole livestream setup, scenes and equipment. - Manage and maintain livestreaming equipment (camera, microphone etc.). - Communicate any technical issues to live hosts promptly. - Keep yourself well-versed in the platform’s moderation tools and regularly update your knowledge. - Ensure all necessary platform moderation tools (flash sale, campaign etc.) are configured and ready to use. - Stay informed on the platform's rules and guidelines and regularly update your knowledge. - Monitor and analyze live streaming data and develop strategies for improvement. - Monitor and evaluate live hosts’ performance proactively and provide feedback to live hosts to improve their performance from time to time. - Gather and relay viewer feedback to help improve future streams. - Develop strategies for handling specific issues encountered during the stream. - Plan for upcoming events or special streams. - Keep updated with trending videos and plan video content accordingly. - Create a consistent stream of new video content for audience interaction while analyzing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits. - Prepare necessary and effective copywriting for livestream and video posting. - Propose new ideas and concepts for livestreaming and video content. - Participate in any campaigns, promotions, online marketing and media as required. - Participate in brainstorming for each campaign, promotions, photoshoot & marketing plan. - Manage TikTok account including replying messenger, direct message (DM) or comment from customers. - Assist superior as required. - Do any ad hoc tasks as assigned. **Job Requirements**: - Preferable at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. - Working experience in fashion industry will be added advantages - Knowledgeable in social media. - Possess excellent planning skills, presentation skills and communication skills.
