**Position Overview**

You will be responsible for creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating reporting components from multiple data sources.

**Objectives**
- Develop, implement, and maintain advanced analytics systems, simplifying complex problems and building efficient frameworks.
- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets.
- Provide source-to-target mappings and information model specification documents, optimizing organizational methods.
- Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization.
- Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of internal systems, addressing issues and inaccuracies, and develop protocols for data handling and processing.
- Collaborate directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and maintain strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with project managers to understand and address their analytics needs, including critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
- Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders, focusing on business performance drivers, and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
- Create and maintain interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, integrating reporting components from multiple data sources.
- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate methods and tools to ensure optimal scalability and performance.
- Develop and maintain databases by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts to enhance the flexibility and scalability of the data evaluation process.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Two or more years of experience in data analysis and data mining.
- Proven analytical skills, including data mining, evaluation, and visualization.
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
- Strong SQL and NoSQL skills, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Degree or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics.
- Experience in database design and model design, including segmentation techniques.
- Strong programming experience with frameworks such as XML, JavaScript, and ETL.
- Practical experience with statistical analysis using tools such as Excel, SPSS, and SAS.
- Proven success in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency with data warehouse and visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
- Extensive experience in data migration, backups, and recovery.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month
