o Perform receptionist duties and front desk duties.
- Answering phone calls, taking message, and providing information to client and visitors.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, booking rooms and notifying relevant parties.
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventory.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing and filing.
- Prepare, update and maintain necessary company documents.
- Handle company license renewals related to regulatory bodies, local council and etc.
- Provide administrative support to various department when needed.
- Others task and roles as assigned from time to time or based on any project requirements.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
