The Backend Support - CDPU is responsible for ensuring smooth post-sales operations, activation tracking, and client coordination to support the Telesales Executive team. This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy in reporting, and actively participating in client system testing and product knowledge initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Activation Monitoring**:
Track, manage, and follow up on the activation status of all sales generated by the Telesales Executive team.
- **System UAT Participation**:
Actively participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions organized by the client to ensure new systems or updates are properly vetted.
- **Product & Sales Support**:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and services to support the telesales team through training and knowledge sharing.
- **Administrative Assistance**:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Team Leader, including documentation and after-sales processes.
- **Customer & Client Coordination**:
Liaise with customers and the client’s back-office team to ensure timely case resolution as per the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- **Report Management**:
Prepare and submit reports and trackers on time, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all sales and operational data.
- **After-Sales Support**:
Address and resolve customer inquiries related to promotions, warranties, or other after-sales concerns.
- **Process Improvement**:
Develop and maintain efficient work procedures and processes for sales fulfillment and after-sales operations.
- **Data Handling & Excel Proficiency**:
Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, prepare reports, and assist in decision-making.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
Follow up regularly with clients to support increased sales activation and customer satisfaction.
- **Weekly Analysis & Insights**:
Conduct proactive weekly analysis and submit findings to the client to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Operational Reporting**:
Maintain detailed operational reports to track performance, efficiency, and SLA compliance.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience in operations, backend support, or sales support functions
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM tools and backend systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- Prior experience in telesales support or client servicing roles
- Experience with system UAT and SLA management

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
