**INFRASTRUCTURE SPECIALIST**

Toyota PJ. - SALARY RANGE: RM 5,000 - RM 8,500

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Implement and provide daily maintenance support for network and infrastructure-related equipment, including analyzing requirements, resolving issues, installing hardware/software, and supporting the internal IT helpdesk. Handle backup & restore operations, IT Asset, and User Access Right maintenance & management.
- Monitor end-of-day scheduled jobs, review event logs, and handle alert alarms to proactively identify and minimize disruptions and impacts on systems/network. Identify IT risks, threats, and vulnerabilities in the company’s technology infrastructure.
- Facilitate interactions with internal and external audit engagements. Implement remediation based on agreed recommendations and associated risks in compliance with SOX, Global Information Security Group, or other corporate requirements.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and BCP. Periodically review SOPs, guidelines, policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of information security controls. Recommend improvements as necessary.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- **Degree in Computer Science, Information Security**, or equivalent practical experience.
- **CCNA** Certification is an added advantage.
- Minimum **of 6 years** of hands-on technical experience in supporting, implementing, and administering network/infrastructure-related equipment and tasks.
- **Vendor management skills**, including vendor sourcing, PO processing, IT Asset, and User Access Right maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Result-oriented, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently.
- Able to provide urgent after-hours incident support.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in **English and Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,500.00 per month
