**IT Network Specialist**
- Managing the operation of Complex IT Network infrastructure of both on prem and cloud(Azure, GCP or AWS).
- Experience and knowledge of the dynamic routing protocols (BGP) & other network protocol.
- Experience and knowledge of Defendable Architecture or Zero Trust model.
- Experience and knowledge of Multi-vendor Network and Security Products, Palo Alto, Cisco,
CheckPoint, F5, Fortinet.
- Advanced experience using IT security systems and tools, such as nmap, Wireshark, grep, awk, sed, regex, Splunk, and basic Linux administration commands.
- Supporting Project teams to understand requirements and developing detail plan and implement Infrastructure services to meet project needs.
- Executing overall Infrastructure Blueprint and Architecture development, maintaining a standardized and operational effective infrastructure environment.
- Manage high level view inventory to ensure sufficient capacity is available to deliver efficient
Infrastructure services.
- Knowledge of various cloud operating model, such as IaaS, SaaS or PaaS.
- Collect, track and report key metrics.
- Experience and knowledge of Managed Service, IT Governance and Outsourcing model.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Execution on various IT Infra Projects and operational tasks. _
- Manage & operate complex IT Network infrastructure where consist of multi-vendor network and security products, multiple protocols, and various integration.
- Team player in planning, managing, and operate when require for any diagnosis, detailed design, and deployment of all IT Network related processes and technologies.
- Closely collaborate with Information Security, Operation, Application and other Infrastructure architect peers on overall roadmap and priorities for new projects and operation requirements.
- Contact product principal / OEM partners for technical advice and best practices.
- Support peers in operation activities and conduct knowledge transfer to peers.
- Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level, proactively identify opportunities to advance the success of the business.
- Provide technical guidance and on the job training to colleagues and junior staff.
- Collaborate with partners and key stakeholder for incident management and problem management.
- Lead and perform troubleshooting of complex issues and problem. Work with partners to provide RCA and improvement plan.
- Improve operation efficiency by collaborate with automation team.

- Ensure All Network assets and configurations are compliance with Celcomdigi IT and Security
Policies.
- Inventory Management _
- Have a full view of the overall Infrastructure Inventory and keep the information up to date.
- Critical KPIs _
- 100% Stability of operation environment and all components are optimal status.
- 98% accurate configuration database and up-to-date service information
- 100% of Infra components are fully aligned with defined security measures
- Zero Outage due to Infrastructure project activities
- Critical success factors to deliver on mandate (competence, decisions, resources, etc) _
- No outages and impact to all customer and revenue related or business driven systems due to infrastructure availability
- Drive end to end ISIT Infrastructure Services related to area of work

**Your qualifications and requirements**:

- Degree / professional qualification in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information
Technology or equivalent.
- Strong technical experience and knowledge on Complex IT Network infrastructure with
Software Defined Network,
- Good knowledge on other IT domains such as ITIL process, Server, Data Center, Database,
Middleware, Security and Asset Management.
- Knowledge of SDN and modern Networking.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT Network Planning, Infrastructure Architecture or similar roles
- 2-4 years of experience operation experience and implementing global data center solutions where trust and security are an integral part of the culture
- Ability to depict the enterprise information conceptually, logically, and physically
- Ability to determine the architectural implications of business requirements
- Operational experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
- ITIL or other IT Governance certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong initiative, self-driven, team spirit and able to work with all levels of people.

Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
