**Role Summary**:
IP transition manager (IPTM) / Client Technical Specialist (CTS) is an end-to-end Telco and ICT transition and operational support consultant assigned to company's selected customers.

IPTM /CTS provides valuable transition and operations management resulting in higher customer satisfaction and better SLA compliance for clients’ subscribed the company's services.

IPTM helps to on-board customers from other Telco networks and CTS continues operational support. Besides having a good understanding of the client’s ICT infrastructure, IPTM/CTS is also familiar with client’s business requirements, subscribed company's services and technical support history.

Besides managing transition phase, CTS continually monitors client’s technical support needs, tracks open incidents and service requests, and ensures that company's technical and operational resources are aligned to resolve issues promptly and completely.

By maintaining a long-term relationship with their clients, IPTM /CTS gains both understanding and insight of their clients' ICT organizations', its impact on overall business, their ICT goals, and their pain points - which are used by IPTM /CTS to ensure their clients' operational success with the company's products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create low level design document for Transition Plan.
- Act as Technical SPoC during Transition phase.
- Help Project manager and company's Global Services Provisioning team to on-board customer network.
- Provide technical escalation support during transition activities.
- Provides client-focused operations support within the company by working closely with various internal support teams.
- Documents client’s ICT environment and operations for better support and understanding.
- Provides Service Request (SR) assessment, advice and support.
- Provides periodic reports to client with the status of SRs.
- Participates in CAB meetings related to client’s infrastructure changes to achieve zero unexpected outage.
- Ensure the RFO / Incident report is produced within the required timeline.
- Provide inputs to Problem Management team.
- For major incidents, work with Major Incident Management Team to lead and coordinate with the respective resolver groups including 3rd party vendors until incident resolution; and escalate to resolver group’s management where necessary.
**Job Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP, MPLS, TE, QoS, IP VPN.
- CCNP or CCIE certification will be an added advantage for this position.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer -Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
