You'll also play a vital role in how we do things as a global team, collaborating on key projects and unlocking big-picture and analytical thinking to help grow and scale our offering, while ensuring the Wiser experience remains the same around the world.

**Achieving your mission**:

- Partner with other People functions locally and globally to execute and improve People related processes with focus on Wiser experience and data integrity
- Work alongside our Global Mobility team to manage international remote working requests via our Mobile Wiser initiative
- Support with reporting, audit, surveys and data integrity initiatives
- Assist with onboarding new Wisers when needed
- Support any Wiser queries in partnership with our Junior People Operations Specialist
- Look after our Jira service desk by responding and analyzing tickets that are being raised
- Identify process improvement opportunities by using data to support ideas
- Deliver process improvement efforts with use of existing HR systems to automate and eliminate manual work where possible
- Work closely with the rest of the People Support function to roll out new People related initiatives and processes
- Keep informed about local employment laws and working practices, updating our relevant guidelines, documentation and Confluence pages as necessary to remain compliant, but also considering our Wise tone of voice and thinking about ways in which we could enhance our offering above the norm
- Participate in system testing tied to new initiatives, systems or process rollouts
- Deliver both local and global projects with focus on the best Wiser experience and Operational Excellence

**A bit about you**:

- You are a **Malaysian Citizen.** Please note that we are unable to support the hiring of Malaysian Permanent Residents/ any Employment Visa holders (including Spouse Visa holders)
- Strong English (Written and Verbal). Additional language skillsets are a plus.
- Previous and demonstrable experience in a junior HR role and ready to take your existing experience to the next level
- Early-stage knowledge of Malaysian employment law and working practices
- Adaptable and solution-focused approach
- Eagle-eyed attention to detail
- Understand that your work impacts our Wisers and has the best Wiser experience at the front and center of what you do. It's not about us, it's our Wisers
- Strive in developing processes that is convenient, transparent and easy to remember for our Wisers
- Love new technology and have the desire to improve the process by automation

**Key Qualities**
- Between 2-4 years experience working on Shared Services

- We are looking for someone who can work with mínimal supervision as your core team will be based in Singapore
