Lendlease are on the search for passionate HR professionals to join our People Operations team which is part of the Global People and Culture Shared Service.

The People Operations Associate is a role designed to deliver specialist operational activities deemed in scope for the Global People Operations team in accordance with the agreed service standards. In addition, this role also supports the People Connect team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Our People Operations team are an integral part of our HR operations and is entrenched into our organisation and relationships. Therefore, a key factor of the role will be to establish and proactively manage stakeholder relationships internally and externally, including managing customer expectations and seeking feedback.

The main function of the role is to assist in management of the delivery of People & Culture operational activities including, but not limited to:
- Use Workday HRIS to support our Australia, Asia, America and Europe regions for different aspects of the employment lifecycle, particularly from generating offer letters through to separations- Establish super user expertise within the People Operations team for workflow and document management technologies- Management of background checks with external system providers to completion and ad hoc troubleshooting where required- Coach managers and employees on Workday processes as well as identify and recommend continuous business process improvement.- Have a minimum tertiary education- Have strong communication skills allowing you to partner closely with various stakeholders to ensure positive business outcomes- Be customer focused with strong problem solving and organisational skills, complemented by excellent attention to detail- Thrive in a team-based environment but also be confident to work autonomously with the ability to work to strict deadlines- Previous corporate administrative or organisational experience would be beneficial
