**What will you engaged in?**
As our new Associate, Payroll & People Support you will have the opportunity to:
**_ Payroll_**_ Management_**
- Responsible for end-to-end monthly payroll processing and ensuring timely salary payout as per payroll schedule while complying with statutory requirements
- Prepare payroll report/breakdown for specific internal stakeholders
- Manage and improve payroll documentations
- Prepare and review EA form information
- Handle employees queries regarding payroll
- Create or revise relevant payroll Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to ensure compliance and better turnaround time
**_ Compensation & Benefits Management_**
- Administer and improve compensation structures, medical insurance plans, employee benefits, and perks
- Manage and improve compensation and benefits documentations
- Create or revise relevant compensation & benefits SOP to ensure compliance and better turnaround time
**_ HR Support_**
- Provide support to employees in HR-related topics regarding employees life cycle
- Manage and improve employee life cycle operations such as onboarding, lettering, offboarding, etc
- Manage and improve employee life cycle documentation
- Maintain and update SOCode
- Assist in other ad-hoc project if necessary

- Proficient in MS Excel and/or Google Sheet
- Solid understanding of payroll fundamentals, taxation, and best practices
- Understanding of general HR policies, labour law, and HR procedures
- Ability to live SOCAR's vision of the future of sharing mobility in South East Asia
- Describe yourself as a solution-based thinker and able to work independently on new challenges and opportunities
- Experienced in working as an HR with payroll at least 1 year
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
