Position**:Retail Assistant**

Location**:Bangsar Village 2**

Salary**:From RM 1,500 to RM 1,8000 / month (excluding OT and bonuses)**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding products, answering their queries, and providing product recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a positive and personalized shopping experience for every customer.

**2. Sales and Merchandising**:

- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and special offers.
- Actively promote and upsell products to customers.
- Arrange and replenish merchandise on shelves, ensuring proper display and pricing.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate with the store manager for inventory replenishment.

**3. Cash Handling and Transactions**:

- Operate cash registers and handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payments accurately.
- Process exchanges, refunds, and returns following store policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate transaction records and assist in cash reconciliation.

**4. Store Operations**:

- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
- Perform regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and meet operational goals.

**5. Product Knowledge and Training**:

- Stay updated on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and product knowledge seminars organized by the company.
- Share product information with customers to help them make informed purchasing decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Having past retail experience is a plus.
- Able to read, write & communicate in English.
- Malay or Mandarin is a plus.
- Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
- Familiarity with POS (Point of Sale) systems is a plus. (Training will be given)
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and during peak retail seasons.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
