**About the Role**
We’re looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented **Retail Operations Executive** to support our **Retail Operations Manager** in the daily running of Floristika’s retail and back-end operations. You’ll help keep things flowing smoothly — from managing stock and handling products to ensuring the retail floor always looks its best. **Key Responsibilities**

**Retail & Inventory Operations**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods (fresh flowers, plants, and supplies) for quality and quantity.
- Perform hydration, trimming, and conditioning of flowers upon arrival.
- Label and stock items accurately using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in cold rooms, prep areas, and storage spaces.
- Set up and restock the retail space with attractive, price-tagged displays.
- Prepare and pack flowers and foliage for export shipments, ensuring quality and proper documentation.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory reporting.
- Support walk-in sales fulfilment and ad-hoc packing requests.
- Coordinate with gardeners, customer service, and purchasing on plant rental maintenance and availability.
- Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or retail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Computer literate and comfortable using retail systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about flowers, plants, and delivering a great customer experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
