*Experience in Oil & Gas and Construction experience.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

*All drawings receiving from client via document controller.

*Separate drawings according to revision maintaining a file.

*Only IFC drawings issue to construction team &make chop as IFC.

*Send RFI as per schedule.

*Properly maintaining status of punch list on daily basis.

*Prepare summary list for RFI, punches, drawings list etc.

*Send every week status of RFI & punches to client.

*Prepare RFI sheet as per ITP & send to client for approval.

*Prepare master list for all documents & easy to track.

*Prepare documents for ISO audit.

*Meet client document controller at least once in a week for discussing about document management.

*Status of punches update in site team group on daily.

*Send drawings received from client to construction team.

*Raise RFI as per schedule without delay.

*Any changes or revision in IFC drawings immediately inform to construction team.

*Properly maintaining documents as per ISO:14001:2015

*Final submission all test pack to client & get sign in transmittal.
