**Responsibilities**:
Position: Customer Service Executive (Background Check)
- Client Background: BPO Company
- Project: Pre-employment screening Industry
- Location: Selangor
- Tenure: Permanent**Remuneration**:
- Salary + KPI Allowance : RM8,500 -8,900
**Responsibilities**:
- To exceed client's expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): Korean + English
- Good command of English
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confidentiality Standards
- Ability to adhere to processes, procedures and guidelines during the execution of tasks and assignments
- Keen to learn
- Education qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any industry
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Diploma/Certificate holder requires at least 5-7 years relevant working experience
- Applicant must be willing to work in rotational shift
- Must be willing to work in Selangor, Malaysia
