This role is with one of our International BPO client based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
**Customer Support - Korean Speaker**
**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for a Korean speaking Customer Support professional. As a Customer Support, your day-to-day tasks will include providing technical support and assistance to Korean-speaking customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. You will also utilize your analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot problems, and work closely with the team to provide effective solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Demonstrates ownership of every customer interaction to achieve successful first time resolution on all contacts.
- Problem faced are related to Mobility Services (Refund, Amend, Exchange, ID problem, system Issue and etc.)
- To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
**Skills & Experiences**
- Bachelor Degree in any fields
- Korean language
- Willing to work on public holidays and shift rotates (24x7)
**Working hours**:
- 24/7 (8H working+1H Lunch +0.5H break)
- 3shifts ( 8-17:30/ 13:30-23/ 22:30-8 MY time)
- 5 days in a week (Mon to Sun)
**Location**:
- KL, Malaysia

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
