**In this position you will....
Be responsible to operate and maintain the day-to-day operations of the Enterprise Services System for the bolttech Group in which the primary focus will be on Oracle system and become a Enterprise Technology specialist

Working in the Technology Transformation and Enterprise Services team, you will be driving force to build our enterprise services and be integral to the successful growth of the business over the next three to five years

**You will be responsible for **
- Develop reports by using Oracle reporting tools
- Develop fast formulas based on requirements.
- Develop Integrations using HCM Extracts/SOA/OIC
- Day to day maintenance of the systems to ensure SLA is met

**For you to be successful **

**We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies**

Latency in Technology (Accomplished)
- Advanced skills implementing HR system
- Knowledge about Oracle HCM is a must Knowledge on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, e.g. Oracle Integration Cloud, OTBI reporting

Collaborative (Accomplished)

The ability to take the time to share your experience, lessons learned, and tacit knowledge with your team(s)

Customer Focus (Accomplished)
- Solve key issues quickly when there is any system related issues Always think about customer impact and provide timely resolution

Communication (Accomplished)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship management skills and always keep others updated

**You will require the following qualifications and skills**
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a HCM Analyst/Consultant.
- Ability to develop complex OTBI & BI reports.
- Understanding of overall HCM modules.
- Must have good knowledge in Fast Formulas,
- Must have support experience to resolve BAU tickets.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects.
- Knowledge in HCM Extracts, Integrations, SOA, OIC.
- Strong analytical skill and pay attention to details.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules is an advantage.
