**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for production planning and related matters.
- To builds and revised production plan and shipments plan based on customers' Polaris Plan.
- To build drop ship materials requirements and provide material schedule to suppliers.
- To review materials requirements and perform material ordering through SAP system.
- To submit material order lists to customers' logistic department and customers' appointed forwarder for collection of material from customers warehouse.
- To coordinate with customers for weekly shipments plan allocation.
- To provide daily shipments breakdown to production customers' logistic department.
- To perform shipments release through SAP system, counter check pick list, IJMS release and summary label which will be triggered from customers' logistic department versus delivery note and tax invoice generated by internal logistic department.
- To monitor production output, follow up with Senior Supervisor for recovery plan if production falls behind build plan.
- To update build and shipments plan file and cross checking with production daily report for accuracy verification.
- To forward build and shipments plan file to customers and internal circulation.
- To monitor and maintain 3 DOS of THA/5 DOS for material/Acumen and review & notify production to perform GR if ahead schedule or reduce ordering of materials.
- To forward daily THA report to customers.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a planning or project coordination role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
