**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chargeman LV to plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and participate in the work of staff responsible for wastewater treatment plant operations.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Carry out inspection of all electrical plant as required by the building executive.
- Switch on central Air conditioning systems if instructed.
- Ensure the LV and HV electrical installation is maintained and safely operated as required by law.
- Carry out testing and minor electrical repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Assist Electrical Engineer and building Executive with his daily duties.
- Conduct on load and load test for generators as required. Ensure it is always in fine working condition.
- Keep clean all generators and its surrounding and ensure there is always sufficient fuel.
- Ensure all certificates for the electrical installations and generators are valid and displayed as required.
- Ensure all safety signs, shock treatment charts and PPE are available in the plant rooms and in acceptable condition.
- Inspect and test fire alarm systems and carry out minor repairs as instructed.
- Record Electrical plant/main switch board log readings.
- Assist in recording mechanical plant log readings.
- Complete reports as assigned in a timely manner.
- Ensure supervising engineer visits installation and reports as scheduled.
- Supervise work done by contractors and verification that the work performed is in accordance with the required specifications.

**Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities**
- Demonstrate Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
- Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
- Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with Company requirements

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga
- Minimum three 3 years working experience in related with operation and maintenance in building

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
