**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for recruitment and sales agents on job placement processes, sales techniques, and system usage (CariJob platform).
- Develop training materials, manuals, and guides to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
- Coach and mentor agents to enhance performance, productivity, and professional growth.
- Monitor agent performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development programs.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and refresher courses for continuous learning.
- Ensure agents adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and service quality expectations.
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed recruitment and sales targets, contributing to **commission earnings**.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in training, coaching, or supervising a team (preferably in recruitment, sales, or customer service).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, sales strategies, and CRM or job placement systems is a plus.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
